Images and Pricing
Please note that whilst every effort is made to accurately portray the items shown on the 4active LTD website, variations may occur. All images represent an accurate portrayal of its stock at time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification.

Product Descriptions
4active LTD and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, 4active LTD does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by 4active LTD itself is not as described, your sole remedy is notify 4active Ltd within 24 hours from receiving the product and return it in unused condition.
If for some other reason the customer would like to return the product the customer is obligated to notify 4active LTD within 5 working days.

Children
4active LTD does not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use 4active LTD webside only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

International Shipping
The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don't allow us to insure shipments within their borders.

Our right of cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.

Payment
Our company accepts payments in two ways. Directly to our account, which is given when ordering products or by PayPal, which is one of the most popular and secure payment systems. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery is payable and depends on the weight of the package. Shipping costs from just £ 2.99. The total cost is given when ordering products. The shipment of products takes place only on weekdays and follows after confirming the order and sending the invoice to the customer. Shipping time depends on stock levels and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.
We use three courier companies: RoyalMail, DPD, UPS. Delivery times are not guaranteed but they range from 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery to Barway and Soham is free.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unopened, unused or defective goods. Goods that bear signs of use can not be returned unless it is defective. Returned goods should contain the packaging of the supplier and be in the same condition in which it was picked up. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless the goods are considered to be defective, in which case the costs of return will be returned to the buyer.

Returns of Goods by Courier
Specify the number of the returned order on the package. To do this, use the return label attached to the purchased products to provide the correct return address and information about the returned order.

Your return must be approved by our team and it may take up to 5 business days. After acceptance, the costs will be refunded within 7 business days.

Order Cancelation
Our products are completed from various warehouses in Europe to provide you with the best possible price. Therefore, you can cancel the order, but you must incur administrative costs (£ 5.00).
